Boursin Tortellini Bake

Cooking is not something that I typically enjoy; however, while scrolling Instagram recently, I came across a reel by @easyeatsdietitian. Watching her make her Easy Tortellini Bake with Boursin & Tomato inspired me, so I made my shopping list and told my “private chef” that he could have the night off.

I’ve had Boursin before, but as a dip with chips or crackers vs. in a baked dish. The sauce created by the roasted tomatoes and French cheese (Gournay with herbs and garlic, to be specific) was velvety, rich and savory. Fresh basil and chives elevated the flavor palette even further.

This recipe yielded three hearty portions and I noted that doubling the recipe would be a great dish to entertain with. Highly recommend!
